Welcome to The Tipsy Boar
Tap & Grill in Lancaster, PA
Owned by Lisa and Nick Mantzavas, The Tipsy Boar opened in 2019 in East Hempfield Township, just off the Centerville Road exit of Route 30.
The roughly 85-seat restaurant at 380 Centerville Road features a full bar with 40 rotating beers on tap along with a pub menu of wings, burgers, sandwiches, gyros and fish & chips as well as a 40-person seating deck for warmer months.
Tipsy Boar takes a spot that is the former location of Crazy Tomato Grill, which closed in the fall of 2017. That restaurant opened in April 2015 after a major renovation to a 3,400-square-foot building that had previously housed an insurance office.
Nick and Lisa were eager to open a restaurant in beautiful Lancaster County and found the perfect space at the site of the former Crazy Tomato restaurant. The Mantzavases renovated the space by painting, touching up the bar, putting in new chairs, and creating a unique atmosphere.
